The COVID-19 pandemic continues to make an impact on companies and markets around all the industries in the world. It has changed the way we collaborate between businesses and within the teams and required us to become more adaptable.
Despite the unpredictability of the current worldwide situation, Leobit has remained strong and is firmly moving forward. This year, the highest priority of the company was the health and safety of our people, and we quickly adopted measures and moved to remote working conditions.
We’ve already had great knowledge and experience of how to work as a remote team, and with the beginning of the quarantine, Leobit’s employees just scaled this experience to our internal processes. Ongoing communication via different tools like Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, emails, daily and weekly teams’ meetings, monthly status company’s meeting with the CEO helped Leobit’s employees embrace remote work and feel engaged in the working process.
