What is BOT model and why use BOT?
BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer) is a type of software outsourcing/outstaffing model where we build remote software engineering teams, completely handling their operations while fully integrating them into your company’s processes. You also have full visibility of the engineering process and salaries with the Cost Plus model and the option to buy out some team members or the entire team after a certain period (typically 36 months).

We provide tools as a Microsoft Solution Provider and offer extra services upon request, such as Discovery Phase, Estimation, Project Architecture Assessment, AI Consulting, and much more to supplement our BOT model. The team we build can be distributed globally, with offices in Poland, Ukraine, or Colombia, and we handle all the setup, infrastructure, and legal issues for you.
