Before kick-off, the project manager (PM) aligns with the client on objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Stakeholders are identified and managed based on their impact. The PM becomes the main point of contact for all project-related queries.

The PM creates a detailed project plan covering scope, timelines, resources, costs, communication, and risk management. The roadmap is flexible to adapt to changes, supported by a change management process to ensure smooth adjustments.

The PM drives the project forward by ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and task management for the team. They maintain regular communication, providing progress updates and swiftly addressing any blockers or issues to keep the project on track and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The PM continuously monitors project performance against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Regular reports and stakeholder feedback help maintain alignment with project goals and expectations, allowing for prompt adjustments when needed.​
