In 2023, nearly 18,000 IT specialists participated in the survey and evaluated 1056 companies. Based on their voting results, DOU compiled a ranking of the best IT employers in Ukraine overall and its leading tech hubs – Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Odesa. Based on assessments from 45 employees, Leobit scored an impressive 99/100 and a perfect 100/100 for the company criterion.
