AI-Powered Generator for Contractual Documentation
The Leobit team has developed an AI-powered platform for automating the creation of professional service documentation. The tool relies on the Azure OpenAI deployment of GPT-4.1 mini to validate user input, extract client and contact data, and generate executive summaries, scope sections, deliverables, and assumptions.
Artificial intelligence models can access databases from multiple sources, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and corporate databases, to collect, process, and organize contract-relevant information in a corporate document template.
The solution uses a .NET-based back-end running on Linux App Service, with the Microsoft Bot Framework and a TeamsActivityHandler driving all the conversation traffic. OpenXML and FreeSpire.Doc are the two libraries handling the production of documents in .docx templates.
