AI Assistant with Slack and Microsoft Teams Integration

The Leobit team has developed a PoC for Leo, an AI assistant for business that integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams. The solution can answer HR questions, troubleshoot IT issues, provide sales analytics, track project statuses, and extract information from the corporate knowledge base. Each channel demonstrates a different use case for corporate AI assistants. The solution’s back end is built with .NET, while Angular and Tailwind CSS power its front end. We also used Microsoft Foundry to ensure seamless integration with LLMs provided by Azure OpenAI.

We can use the framework applied in this project to deliver custom knowledge base chatbots to clients across industries.
