At first, we had to analyze the existing system and the infrastructure behind it. Upon outlining all the critical connections and areas for improvement, we started working on performance optimization.
New type of paid subscription and user flows
Before our team started working on this project, the customer had only one type of subscription that provided users with access to educational content, such as videos, lectures, and learning materials.
We introduced a paid membership tier that provides users with access to exclusive social events like seminars and lectures, as well as the exclusive social app hosted in the Circle environment that allows them to stay connected with other members. Our team also enhanced the functionality with a more convenient user flow and created new user flows for upgrading, downgrading, or canceling the subscription.
AI-powered user assistant
We have developed an AI agent based on native OpenAI integration. It works as a smart search agent for products and articles, designed to provide highly relevant results to users. A user can input information on one’s current feelings or experiences in natural language; AI algorithms analyze the context and emotional state to provide the most relevant personalized recommendations. These recommendations include relevant articles and products. In critical cases, the AI agent can connect users with corresponding psychotherapists.
Voucher portal and new features for mobile
We continuously improve the app with minor updates. For example, we added a portal that lets users apply vouchers to receive discounts on platform materials. Our team also added multiple new notifications for both iOS and Android apps and introduced a feature that allows users to choose the time when they want to receive notifications. We also integrated the app’s mobile version with a library that stores AI-generated voice transcripts of articles stored on the platform.
