2025 was a significant year of growth and achievements for Leobit. We maintained our focus on delivering top-tier software solutions and deepened our expertise in key areas like .NET, cloud, and AI. We also built new and strengthened the existing long-term relationships with customers and partners.

In 2025, we actively participated in major tech events, engaged in extensive knowledge sharing, and strengthened our internal expertise.

• Silver Stevie® Award. For the second consecutive year, Leobit won this prestigious award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category at the 22nd Annual International Business Awards®. This recognition highlights our commitment to building long-term relationships with our customers and consistently delivering value throughout the client journey. The award was accepted on behalf of Leobit at the ceremony in Lisbon by Oleksa Stelmakh, CEO and Founder of Leobit, and Diana Kemeniash, Lead Business Development Manager at Leobit, who attended the event to represent the company.

• Top 1000 Global Service Provider on Clutch. For the fourth consecutive year, Leobit was named one of the top 1000 global service providers by Clutch. This year, Leobit also ranked among the top 100 companies on this list. This distinction is awarded to the top 0.3% of more than 350,000 companies, based on verified client reviews, market presence, and project outcomes.

As part of our Microsoft partnership, Leobit continues to invest in mastering the latest Azure capabilities and cloud-native technologies. As of today, our team includes over 78 Microsoft- and Azure-certified engineers, who apply their expertise across cloud migration, AI integration, and enterprise application development projects. Our technical expertise also spans .NET, Blazor, ASP.NET, and .NET MAUI, enabling us to build modern web, mobile, and cross-platform applications on the Microsoft ecosystem.

In 2025, Leobit also expanded its presence on the Microsoft commercial marketplace, making it easier for customers to discover our services and engage with us through Microsoft’s ecosystem.

Our team actively participates in key industry events, including Azure Dev Summit 2025, allowing us to stay ahead of emerging trends and evaluate new solutions firsthand. This ongoing focus on learning and innovation enables us to deliver future-ready, high-impact solutions that fully leverage the Microsoft ecosystem.

In 2025, Leobit continued to share practical insights and real-world experience with the broader tech and business community. Through a series of expert-led webinars and live discussions, our team focused on the challenges companies face when modernizing systems and adopting AI in a meaningful way.

Throughout the year, Leobit hosted 3 webinars dedicated to custom software development and emerging technologies. Topics included:

• AI transformation with corporate LLM. The webinar aimed to help organizations understand how to securely and effectively apply large language models in enterprise environments.
• Modernize or rebuild from scratch. We explored legacy system modernization, guiding businesses through the decision-making process of whether to modernize existing platforms or rebuild them.
• From traditional automation to AI agents. This session focused on the evolution from traditional automation to AI agents, helping companies and businesses determine which approach best fits their specific project needs.

In addition to webinars, Leobit’s CEO, Oleksa Stelmakh, shared his perspective on AI trends and their practical applications during a LinkedIn Live event “How to Get Ahead with AI”. Oleksa shared success stories of how AI agents can streamline business processes, and also highlighted common pitfalls companies may face when adopting AI.

Leobit continues to strengthen its expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI software development and delivers solutions that help businesses solve practical challenges and scale with confidence. We always focus on applying AI where it creates measurable business value. Our capabilities include custom LLM development, predictive analytics implementation, and intelligent automation.

AI is not only part of our client solutions but also deeply embedded in Leobit’s internal processes. In 2025, we actively used AI to optimize workflows across the company. Our corporate LLM integrates 4 intelligent AI agents that act as virtual AI employees:

• Leora (AI-powered voice sales assistant)
• Leona (AI RFP scoring, proposal generation & bidding solution)
• Leo (AI sales email auto-response solution)
• Leonardo (AI-powered HR assistant)

They are transforming operational processes and delivering tangible efficiency gains and business impact.

A key part of our AI innovation efforts is our ongoing investment in Proof of Concept (PoC) development. In 2025, Leobit delivered 8 AI-powered PoCs, created by our R&D team. Each PoC serves as a fast and effective way to validate an idea or feature, allowing us to demonstrate technical feasibility, explore emerging technologies, and evaluate solution viability before moving to full-scale development.

Through these initiatives, Leobit continues to prove AI to be a practical tool that delivers measurable results for our clients.

In 2025, Leobit continued to expand our services into new geographic markets, including Bermuda, Tanzania, Ireland, and Kuwait. This strategic growth highlights our ability to support clients across diverse geographic locations, industries, and regulatory frameworks worldwide.

Throughout the year, Leobit also welcomed new customers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Bermuda, Denmark, Norway, Vietnam, Tanzania, Ireland, Ukraine, Switzerland, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, further strengthening our already international client portfolio. Alongside long-standing partnerships in other regions, these new collaborations demonstrate our capability to deliver customized software solutions that meet both local requirements and international standards.

In 2025, Leobit also strengthened customer relationships through business trips across the United States, as well as visits to Portugal and Bermuda, where our team met with customers in person to discuss strategic goals and deepen collaboration.

Leobit also remained actively engaged in international business initiatives through its continued membership in the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC). This partnership supports cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange between Norwegian and Ukrainian companies across multiple industries.

As part of this involvement, Leobit participated in the 2nd Biannual Rebuild Ukraine Forum, hosted by ICC Ukraine. We joined the virtual event as a member of NUCC, contributing to discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between Norwegian and Ukrainian businesses and supporting long-term economic recovery and development.

Looking ahead, Leobit remains committed to expanding its professional network, sharing technical expertise, participating in NUCC initiatives, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration with partners and customers worldwide. As a member of NUCC, Leobit took part in the 2nd Biannual Rebuild Ukraine Forum hosted by ICC Ukraine, contributing to discussions focused on cross-border cooperation and long-term recovery initiatives.

Quality assurance remains a core pillar of Leobit’s delivery approach, and in 2025 we continued to advance and scale our QA processes in line with company growth and increasing project complexity.

For more than five years, Leobit has been a member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Partner Program, and in 2025, the company achieved Platinum Partner status. Leobit reached this level through expanding the number of ISTQB-certified specialists and investing in continuous professional development. As our delivery portfolio expanded, so did our QA capacity, enabling us to support more projects while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Beyond external certifications, Leobit actively strengthens QA expertise through structured internal knowledge sharing and hands-on learning. Throughout the year, our QA and engineering teams participated in internal and external events designed to exchange experience, deepen domain knowledge, explore new testing approaches, and refine existing practices.

In May, Viktoriia Chorna, Lead MQA Software Quality Control Engineer at Leobit, spoke at the Direction QA Day conference. In her presentation, “Optimizing Regression Testing: How to Reduce Time Without Losing Quality,” she shared practical insights into common regression testing challenges and bottlenecks. Viktoriia discussed approaches such as risk-based testing, selective regression, and test suite maintenance, as well as hands-on strategies for managing regression testing more efficiently while preserving software quality.

In 2025, Leobit continued to grow not only in scale but also in culture and internal maturity. Our people remain at the heart of everything we do, and this year was defined by team growth, professional development, and a strong focus on creating a supportive and transparent work environment.

Over the course of the year, Leobit’s team saw a 35% increase. This growth strengthened our delivery capacity while preserving the collaborative culture and shared values that define how we work.

Leobit’s approach to people development and workplace culture was recognized on an industry level. In 2025, the company was named Best IT Employer of the Year in the 200–800 employees category. This recognition reflects our ongoing investment in professional growth, knowledge sharing, work–life balance, social responsibility, and a people-first mindset across the organization.

Throughout the year, Leobit actively supported continuous learning and internal engagement. Our teams took part in technical bootcamps, internal lectures, workshops, and external conferences, sharing expertise and expanding skills across engineering, QA, AI, and delivery. We also continued to foster cross-team collaboration and knowledge exchange, and didn’t forget to have fun.

In 2025, Leobit organized team hiking trips, Mafia game nights, shared movie evenings, company celebrations, and hands-on workshops, helping strengthen team connections and create a positive, supportive atmosphere beyond day-to-day work.

In 2025, corporate social responsibility remained an important part of Leobit’s values and actions. Throughout the year, we continued to support initiatives that strengthen resilience and recovery in Ukraine. In total, Leobit donated more than $120,600 (₴5,057,267) to different charitable initiatives in 2025.

Among them are:

• Come Back Alive Foundation support. A significant milestone in Leobit’s charitable efforts was marked during the company’s 10th anniversary celebration. To mark this occasion, Leobit donated $47,000 (₴2,000,000) to initiatives of the Come Back Alive Foundation. This became the largest single charitable donation in the company’s history, including $23,500 (₴1,000,000 directed toward purchasing vehicles for the military.
• “Dronopad” initiative. Leobit donated $30,550 (₴1,300,628) to the “Dronopad” initiative, aimed at protecting peaceful Ukrainian cities from enemy drone attacks and strengthening air defense capabilities.
• MriyaDiya project. Leobit donated $1,750 (₴73,350) to support the physical and psychological rehabilitation of Ukrainian defenders and create an inclusive space where they can undergo rehabilitation. The MriyaDiya initiative provides a safe and supportive space where veterans can rehabilitate, learn new skills, receive career guidance, and reconnect with society.
• “Yatagan” UAV school project. In honor of the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine, Leobit contributed $8,000 (₴340,000) to the “Yatagan” UAV School project, also supported by the Come Back Alive foundation. The funds were allocated to strengthening drone training initiatives for Ukraine’s defense forces.
• “Myloserdya” pet shelter support. In August, Leobit’s team raised funds for the local pet shelter, a place where abandoned dogs receive daily care, protection, and a chance to find a new home.
• Support for children from the “Dobre Sertse” orphanage. For several years, Leobit has been supporting children from the orphanage. In 2025, the company organized excursions for the children and helped provide essential items, aiming to bring positive experiences and practical support into their everyday lives.
