Throughout the year, Leobit also welcomed new customers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Bermuda, Denmark, Norway, Vietnam, Tanzania, Ireland, Ukraine, Switzerland, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, further strengthening our already international client portfolio. Alongside long-standing partnerships in other regions, these new collaborations demonstrate our capability to deliver customized software solutions that meet both local requirements and international standards.
Leobit continued to expand our services into new geographic markets
In 2025, Leobit also strengthened customer relationships through business trips across the United States, as well as visits to Portugal and Bermuda, where our team met with customers in person to discuss strategic goals and deepen collaboration.
Leobit also remained actively engaged in international business initiatives through its continued membership in the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC). This partnership supports cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange between Norwegian and Ukrainian companies across multiple industries.
As part of this involvement, Leobit participated in the 2nd Biannual Rebuild Ukraine Forum, hosted by ICC Ukraine. We joined the virtual event as a member of NUCC, contributing to discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between Norwegian and Ukrainian businesses and supporting long-term economic recovery and development.

As a member of NUCC, Leobit took part in the 2nd Biannual Rebuild Ukraine Forum hosted by ICC Ukraine, contributing to discussions focused on cross-border cooperation and long-term recovery initiatives.
Strengthening QA Processes and Team Capability
Quality assurance remains a core pillar of Leobit’s delivery approach, and in 2025 we continued to advance and scale our QA processes in line with company growth and increasing project complexity.
For more than five years, Leobit has been a member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Partner Program, and in 2025, the company achieved Platinum Partner status. Leobit reached this level through expanding the number of ISTQB-certified specialists and investing in continuous professional development. As our delivery portfolio expanded, so did our QA capacity, enabling us to support more projects while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Beyond external certifications, Leobit actively strengthens QA expertise through structured internal knowledge sharing and hands-on learning. Throughout the year, our QA and engineering teams participated in internal and external events designed to exchange experience, deepen domain knowledge, explore new testing approaches, and refine existing practices.
In May, Viktoriia Chorna, Lead MQA Software Quality Control Engineer at Leobit, spoke at the Direction QA Day conference. In her presentation, “Optimizing Regression Testing: How to Reduce Time Without Losing Quality,” she shared practical insights into common regression testing challenges and bottlenecks. Viktoriia discussed approaches such as risk-based testing, selective regression, and test suite maintenance, as well as hands-on strategies for managing regression testing more efficiently while preserving software quality.

People & Culture: Growing Together
In 2025, Leobit continued to grow not only in scale but also in culture and internal maturity. Our people remain at the heart of everything we do, and this year was defined by team growth, professional development, and a strong focus on creating a supportive and transparent work environment.
Over the course of the year, Leobit’s team saw a 35% increase. This growth strengthened our delivery capacity while preserving the collaborative culture and shared values that define how we work.
Leobit’s approach to people development and workplace culture was recognized on an industry level. In 2025, the company was named Best IT Employer of the Year in the 200–800 employees category. This recognition reflects our ongoing investment in professional growth, knowledge sharing, work–life balance, social responsibility, and a people-first mindset across the organization.
Throughout the year, Leobit actively supported continuous learning and internal engagement. Our teams took part in technical bootcamps, internal lectures, workshops, and external conferences, sharing expertise and expanding skills across engineering, QA, AI, and delivery. We also continued to foster cross-team collaboration and knowledge exchange, and didn’t forget to have fun.
In 2025, Leobit organized team hiking trips, Mafia game nights, shared movie evenings, company celebrations, and hands-on workshops, helping strengthen team connections and create a positive, supportive atmosphere beyond day-to-day work.
Leobit’s people remain at the heart of everything we do
Corporate Social Responsibility and Charitable Initiatives
In 2025, corporate social responsibility remained an important part of Leobit’s values and actions. Throughout the year, we continued to support initiatives that strengthen resilience and recovery in Ukraine. In total, Leobit donated more than $120,600 (₴5,057,267) to different charitable initiatives in 2025.
Among them are:
Come Back Alive Foundation support. A significant milestone in Leobit’s charitable efforts was marked during the company’s 10th anniversary celebration. To mark this occasion, Leobit donated $47,000 (₴2,000,000) to initiatives of the Come Back Alive Foundation. This became the largest single charitable donation in the company’s history, including $23,500 (₴1,000,000 directed toward purchasing vehicles for the military.
“Dronopad” initiative. Leobit donated $30,550 (₴1,300,628) to the “Dronopad” initiative, aimed at protecting peaceful Ukrainian cities from enemy drone attacks and strengthening air defense capabilities.
MriyaDiya project. Leobit donated $1,750 (₴73,350) to support the physical and psychological rehabilitation of Ukrainian defenders and create an inclusive space where they can undergo rehabilitation. The MriyaDiya initiative provides a safe and supportive space where veterans can rehabilitate, learn new skills, receive career guidance, and reconnect with society.
“Yatagan” UAV school project. In honor of the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine, Leobit contributed $8,000 (₴340,000) to the “Yatagan” UAV School project, also supported by the Come Back Alive foundation. The funds were allocated to strengthening drone training initiatives for Ukraine’s defense forces.
“Myloserdya” pet shelter support. In August, Leobit’s team raised funds for the local pet shelter, a place where abandoned dogs receive daily care, protection, and a chance to find a new home.
Support for children from the “Dobre Sertse” orphanage. For several years, Leobit has been supporting children from the orphanage. In 2025, the company organized excursions for the children and helped provide essential items, aiming to bring positive experiences and practical support into their everyday lives.
Since the beginning of 2022, Leobit has donated over $665,300 to various charitable causes.
