Lviv, Ukraine, March 2026 – Leobit, a .NET, AI, and web application development company, is proud to announce it has been recognized as the Best IT Employer of the Year in the 200–800 employees category in the 2025 IT Employer Rankings by DOU.ua, the largest community of developers in Ukraine. This recognition reflects Leobit’s long-term focus on people, strong company culture, and a mature, transparent working environment.

The DOU IT Employer Ranking is one of Ukraine’s most comprehensive and trusted evaluations of IT companies on multiple dimensions of employment quality and workplace experience. Conducted annually since 2010, the survey is based on feedback from IT professionals who currently work at participating companies. In 2025, more than 13,000 specialists evaluated 683 IT companies across 19 criteria grouped into 6 key areas: compensation, working conditions, career development, project quality, corporate culture, and social responsibility.

Leobit received the maximum score of 100 points in all six evaluation categories, ranking first in its employee-size segment. The company has been participating in the DOU ranking for many years in a row and has previously already been named the Best IT Employer and consistently remains among the top employers in Lviv and across Ukraine.

Beyond that, Leobit also supports external professional development by covering certification costs and enabling employees to attend conferences, courses, and industry events. Leobit also actively encourages employees to validate their expertise through internationally recognized programs and covers the cost of professional certifications. As a result, 39% of Leobit’s technical specialists hold professional certifications in programming languages, AWS and Azure cloud, AI, ISTQB, and Scrum Master (CSM, PSM).

Continuous skill development directly strengthens Leobit’s delivery capabilities. By steadily increasing the number of certified employees and applying modern Azure, AI, and cloud-native technologies to customer projects, Leobit expanded its Microsoft partnership to become a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

Leobit also enhances its quality assurance expertise through participation in international programs and conferences. As of today, 57% of our QA specialists have International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB®) certifications. Thanks to the growing number of ISTQB-certified specialists and a mature internal QA competency framework, Leobit reached Platinum Status in the ISTQB Partner Program.
