Intermediate Graphic Designer

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .Net, PHP, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

We are looking for a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, basic UI/UX knowledge, and hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to join our team.

This role combines graphic design, branding, illustration, basic UI/UX and motion design (preferably), and AI-empowered creative production. You’ll help shape Leobit’s visual identity across digital and print channels while exploring new ways to improve creative workflows with AI.

Location: Lviv.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (at least)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma/Sketch, PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) as part of the daily design workflow. Ability to distinguish high-quality creative output from generic AI-generated content and refine it to a professional standard
• Personal portfolio illustrating design samples of landing pages, printing materials, websites, banner ads, other marketing materials etc
• Experience in designing materials for B2B companies
• Experience in website and/or landing pages design
• Experience in designing print materials
• Experience in designing presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
• Experience working with the US and European markets (would be a plus)
• Experience in video creation (would be a plus)
• Experience in brand book development (would be a plus)
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, pacing, and current design trends
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and creative briefs, translating business objectives into effective visual solutions
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests in parallel
• Result-oriented and problem-solving 
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Treating AI as a creative multiplier, not just a tool for generating images
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Art related field
• Additional training or courses in UI/UX Design, Motion Design, AI for Designers, or related disciplines (would be a plus)
• Level of English: Intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual assets for marketing and HR campaigns, including banners, social media graphics, newsletters, e-books, infographics, and other promotional materials
• Design and redesign case studies, website pages, and landing pages
• Contribute to the evolution of Leobit’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
• Design and update presentations for customers, industry analysts, webinars, conferences, and internal events, as well as presentation templates
• Design print materials including brochures, business cards, merchandise, stickers, and other branded assets
• Produce short-form brand videos and motion graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and internal communications
• Maintain and further develop the corporate brand book
• Use generative AI tools daily to accelerate the production of graphics, illustrations, videos, concepts, and marketing materials. Create effective prompts, iterate on results, and refine AI-generated content to meet Leobit’s quality standards
• Research, test, and evaluate emerging AI tools and workflows, sharing best practices with the team
• Apply Design Thinking principles to solve business and user challenges
• Ensure all company materials consistently follow Leobit’s brand guidelines
