Trainee Sales Development Representative

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .Net, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

Leobit is seeking a Trainee Sales Development Representative to work as a part of our Business Development team.

Location: Lviv

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of lead generation or strong interest in building a career in sales / SDR
• Ability to work with structured processes and follow guidelines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and general digital literacy
• Ability to research companies and prospects with guidance
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn how to communicate with potential clients
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Basic understanding of software development or IT services industry (would be a plus)
• Any experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or outreach tools (would be a plus)
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher

Responsibilities:

• Support lead generation activities across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email)
• Assist in executing outreach campaigns using prepared sequences and internal tools
• Personalize messages based on prospect data and context (with guidance from the team)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in CRM
• Assist in follow-ups with prospects to keep conversations active
• Work closely with the SDR team and Head of Outbound to improve messaging and outreach quality
• Monitor campaign performance and help with basic analysis (reply rates, acceptance rates, etc.)
