Intermediate UI/UX Designer (Shifted schedule)

Our technology focus covers .Net, PHP, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

We are looking for a talented Intermediate UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Location – Lviv.

We’re hiring for a project in the Fintech domain for a US-based client — a crypto payment acceptance platform for merchants and payment processors. The platform includes a CMS dashboard, reporting tools, and a service orchestration engine. The tech stack includes Angular 18, Node.js, .NET 8, AWS, MongoDB, and GitHub Actions in a monorepo environment.

Requirements:

• Two years of proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer (at least)
• Knowledge of digital trends and modern UI design approaches
• Knowledge of UI/UX guidelines for different platforms (Web, iOS, Android apps)
• Strong knowledge of Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Deep knowledge of human interaction design and UX principles
• Awareness of popular Web and Mobile apps
• Ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of core design fundamentals (color theory, grid systems, typography, composition, motion and interactivity)
• Proactivity, flexibility and ability to think outside the box
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Personal portfolio illustrating design samples and capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Technology related field
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

• Work according to the PST (Pacific Standard Time) schedule to align with client and team (5 pm – 1 am)
• Create rich and attractive User Interfaces with strong User Experience aspects in mind
• Create and maintain the design of Web and Mobile Apps user interfaces guided by an explicit understanding between designs for various operating systems and devices 
• Communicate with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs, focus groups and their day-to-day tasks
• Conduct Gap analysis in the existing system that is a subject for re-designing and identifying the main drivers of the change (if that’s the case)
• Study Client domain and existing competitors on the market
• Develop a powerful branding strategy for the client and create a style guide (if necessary)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images (if that’s a requirement)
• Design project information architecture; plan, mockup and prototype interactions
• Work closely with the Development Team on the design options and discuss the complexity and viability of implementation approach
• Prepare and discuss with client stakeholders different design options to find the optimal solution in terms of cost and value of implementation
• Work on final visualization represented by concepts, guides, and UI-prototypes
• Provide full support to the Development Team after design transfer into development
• Collaborate with other Designers, Software Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, BAs and Marketers to design applications
