UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
Prepare and demonstrate pre-sale proposals with design process and services description Communicate with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs, focus groups and their day-to-day tasks Study Clients’ domain and existing competitors on the market (Market and User researches) Conduct UX researches (UX audits, Interviews, Personas, CJM’s) Develop complex Information Architecture (Blueprints, Mindmaps, Userflow schemas etc.) Transform all the findings into wireframes of different level of detail Create custom UI elements (icons, illustrations, collages, etc.) Work with raster and vector graphics Create Design Systems, Components Libraries, UI-kits and other design guidelines (fonts, sizes, margins/paddings, behavior while resizing, colors and other tool-tips) Work closely with the Development Team on the design options and discuss complexity and feasibility of implementation approach Support project functional documentation with design deliverables and assets (specifications, use cases, process flows, wireframe map, mindmap/sitemap) Prepare and conduct presentations showing the results of work to all relevant stakeholders Provide full support to the Development Team after design transfer into development Participate in pre-sale activities (calls, conversations, personal meetings) with the sales manager
Experience and skills we need:
Three-year of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role Experience in working in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro, Adobe CC Knowledge of UI/UX guidelines for different platforms (Web, iOS, Android apps) Deep knowledge of human interaction design and UX principles Strong understanding of core design fundamentals (color theory, grid systems, typography, composition, motion, and interactivity) Knowledge of digital trends and modern UI design approaches Experience creating complex prototypes with interactions, transitions & micro animations (complex animations would be a plus) Ability to perform end-to-end design process for complex UI workflows with quality deliverables (research, ideation and validation, prototyping and testing) Deep understanding of responsive design and touch interface interaction techniques Personal portfolio illustrating design samples and capabilities for a variety of industries and platforms Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to think outside the box, suggest new or alternative ideas/options Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload Strong analytical skills Team lead and mentorship skills (would be a plus) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Technology related field Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)
