  • Conduct full cycle of recruitment process
  • Review and clarify job specifications, competence, and skills required for new positions
  • Create job descriptions; create questions for an interview that reflect requirements for each position
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Research, recommend and implement new methods to search for the candidates
  • Create and maintain recruiting documentation and update when necessary
  • Suggest and implement initiatives for effective employer branding
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Experience and skills we need:
  • At least two-year working experience in IT recruitment
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Level of English: Intermediate strong (higher level will be a plus)
