
Pre-Sales and Delivery Manager
We seek an experienced Sr. Project Manager or Delivery Manager with a strong delivery background and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing software development projects, engaging in pre-sales activities, and effectively mapping company offerings to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-sales activities and engage with potential clients
- Work with new clients, showcasing company case studies and mapping them to client needs
- Clearly communicate how past project successes can be replicated or adapted to address specific client goals
- Convince clients on the benefits of our solutions and establish trust through clear and impactful communication
- Effectively negotiate with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations, deliverables, and value
- Identify opportunities for business growth by understanding client pain points and proactively proposing tailored solutions
- Conduct client’s requests analysis to deeply understand the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate project estimations and timelines
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposal development and presentation
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring successful delivery and optimal team performance
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report project health to stakeholders regularly
- Support team growth by mentoring and coaching PMs
- Define and implement best practices for project and resource management within the organization
Requirements:
- Six years of working experience in IT outsourcing and four years of working experience in management positions in the Delivery of Software Development Company
- Proven experience as a Project Manager of fixed-price projects (minimum 2-3 relevant cases)
- Proven experience in pre-sales and up-sales (minimum 20 relevant cases)
- Ability to confidently deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (minimum 20 relevant cases)
- Ability to attract and retain clients by effectively communicating the value of our services
- Proven ability to present solutions, project plans, case studies, and technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to clients
- Experience organizing and leading workshops or brainstorming sessions with clients or internal teams
- Ability to carefully listen and evaluate client needs, project data, and market trends to develop tailored solutions and make data-driven decisions during presentations and pre-sales discussions
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from audiences to refine future presentations
- Proven ability to negotiate project scope, budgets, timelines, and rates with clients while maintaining positive relationships and achieving win-win outcomes
- Strong communication & negotiation skills in English
- Understanding of Project Management principles, best practices of SDLC, Agile & Scrum, and ability to apply them to address specific client goals
- Strong knowledge of tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and modern presentation software to create visually appealing and professional decks
- Previous experience in the role of QAL/TL/PL/SA (would be a plus)
- Experience delivering speeches or presentations at conferences, industry events, or seminars is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or similar
- Level of English: Advanced
