Responsibilities:
Define and implement Leobit’s technology strategy Cultivate and promote Leobit's technological excellence in .Net, Web, Azure, and AI Engage in strategic partnerships with major IT leaders, including Microsoft, Amazon, and Google Directly oversee and lead four core divisions within the CTO office (SDO, IT, Technical pre-sale, R&D) with following missions: SDO – acquire and grow top engineering talents; ensure meeting best engineering practices across all accounts; foster knowledge sharing and collaboration IT – maintenance and development of company internal and Cloud IT Infrastructure; information security, data governance; development of internal tool (stack - .Net/Angular) Technical pre-sale – drive technical pre-sales support, present Leobit expertise in multiple tech areas and business domains; drive technical proposal development R&D – Drive R&D work in Leobit technical niches building competence, PoC, Prototypes, Case Studies, Webinars, articles, etc.Experience and skills we need:
At least 15 years of technical experience with at least 3 years in management role and at least 3 in a software architecture role Proven managerial experience, ideally across diverse technical team A solid foundation in software architecture, having both designed and implemented large-scale solutions A strong strategic vision, with evidence of long-term technology planning and execution Extensive knowledge in .Net, Web, Azure, AI, and other relevant areas Experience with modern cloud-based SaaS tools A profound understanding of efficient pre-sale processes, coupled with experience in driving these pre-sales Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, proficient in articulating technical details clearly and shortly to diverse audiences Experience in presenting technical results at conferences, workshops, meetups, or through technical blog posts or papers (would be a plus) Proven ability for managing multiple projects simultaneously Background in leading or contributing to R&D initiatives Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or a related field English level: AdvancedWe offer:
