Our technology focus covers .Net, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

Leobit is looking for a motivated Business Development Director/Sales & Marketing Director to lead our Business Development team.

  • Strategic planning & execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve the revenue & growth corporate goals
  • Regular reporting to CEO on relevant market trends and advising on strategic corporate decisions as related to the business development area
  • Identifying new business opportunities and providing proposals on how to develop them
  • Leading and mentoring a team of 6 (sales & marketing roles)
  • Supervision & improvement of sales & marketing funnels’ performance through market analysis, competitor analysis, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
  • Overview & management of the engagement process, including documentation, technical project estimates & sales quotes/proposals
  • Building and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers
  • Personal involvement for success high-priority/enterprise deals closing
  • Lead sales & marketing department to meet company ambitious KPIs (Revenue, EBIT, CSAT)
Experience and skills we need:
  • Five-year working experience in IT outsourcing/product development companies
  • At least two years of working experience in management positions
  • Experience with B2B sales on US and EU markets
  • Previous experience in the role of Client Partner/Engagement Manager/Product Manager (would be a plus)
  • Experience with WBS, RFP, MSA, SOW, Quotes, and Proposals
  • Strong managerial and sales profile, lead-gen orientation, strong analytical skills
  • Account development experience
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Good understanding of outsourcing models
  • General understanding of web development
  • Good understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels
  • Previous experience with UpWork will be a huge plus
  • Experience of setting up & developing new sales channels is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, economics, international relations or similar
  • Level of English: Advanced
