Project Manager
Leobit is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .NET, Angular, React, iOS, Android, Ruby, PHP, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Presence in Lviv is mandatory, as the position entails occasional work from the office.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage several, small to mid-sized, and moderate-to-complex projects Determine methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) that best fit a given project; implement and support all necessary processes to ensure efficient project management Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Implement and support proper project life-cycle processes and workflows Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables Create and maintain project management documentation and revise it as appropriate Implement and use project management metrics to reach and maintain the best performance Сontinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships Continuously analyze client needs from a business opportunities perspective and suggest profitable solutions for both customers and the company Build and maintain project(s) team structure to meet project(s) goals and objectives Plan rotations, new staffing and participate in interviews with candidates Define, analyze, and manage risks Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and accounts Manage presales in collaboration with the sales team, technical experts, and delivery manager Manage discovery phases of the potential projectsExperience and skills we need:
3+ years of proven experience in project management Experience with managing several project teams simultaneously (would be a plus) Hands-on experience with project planning and estimation Deep understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills Professional certification (PMP\PMI-ACP\Prince2) (would be a plus) Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or similar Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higherWe offer:
