Salesforce/Mulesoft Administrator

Our client is a U.S.-based industrial distributor specializing in hose assemblies, fittings, and engineered fluid transfer solutions for industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, and food & beverage. Offers both standard and custom-engineered products with services like cutting, crimping, and pressure testing. Operates multiple U.S. locations, focusing on rapid response, technical expertise, and streamlined inventory and customer service through ERP.

 

We are looking for a Salesforce/Mulesoft Administrator who is comfortable with basic Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, configuration, and building reports and dashboards.

You’ll play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You’ll gather requirements, provide feedback, and design best practice solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Two-year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (at least)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce administration tasks
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports)
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide structured solutions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (would be a plus)
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certified (would be a plus)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (would be a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or similar
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer all Salesforce instances, including user access, security settings, and application configuration
  • Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce
  • Translate business requirements into optimized solutions, implement new features & feature retirements, maintain function/feature longevity, structured objects/fields/values, background processes & automation, standardized development procedures, and integrations
  • Implement and maintain middleware application between Salesforce and other applications (Prophet 21, Power BI, and others)
  • Define use reporting requirements and implement Salesforce operational reporting
  • Work with business teams to define Partners for Profit reporting packages within Salesforce
  • Build and maintain Sales Playbook
  • Monitor system performance and identify issues
  • Develop and deliver end user training for new features and users
  • Work with business teams to define and improve user experience and adoption
  • Work with business teams to develop vertical market and company directed sales processes
  • Duties/responsibilities outside of, but related to, Salesforce include maintaining visual sales territory maps/info, managing leads management system, programming & managing marketing automation system, data segmentation/targeting, general data processing, other data/system consultation
