Responsibilities:
Promotion of Technical Niche: Enhance and champion Leobit's expertise in .Net, Web, Azure, and AI R&D Topic Strategy: Define an R&D topic plan targeting the latest, and most compelling tech challenges in Leobit's realm Guidance on PoC Development: Oversee PoC development in line with the topic plan, aiming for about 2 each month Knowledge Management: Regularly update and produce Architecture and R&D Case Studies, targeting around 4 new ones each month PoC to Project Transition: Lead the transition of PoCs into standalone projects with Enhancers & Accelerators, eyeing 2 such projects yearly Community Engagement: Organize engaging webinars, with a goal of 4 per year, and represent Leobit at tech conferences, aiming for 2 presentations yearly Collaborative Marketing: Assist the marketing team in crafting blog posts, pages, and articles, utilizing insights from R&D activities, current tech trends, and business domain demand Innovation Drive: Encourage a pervasive culture of innovation within the team Consulting Development: Refine specialized consulting offerings, particularly spotlighting Azure and AIExperience and skills we need:
At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 in a software architecture role Excellent knowledge of .NET, Microsoft Stack and Web Profound understanding of software and architecture design principles Good understanding of fundamental principles of various technologies, frameworks, etc. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Services is highly desirable Profound knowledge of software engineering and architectural principles and methods Excellent leadership and team management skills Proven ability for managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information to non-technical audiences Experience in presenting technical results at conferences, workshops, meetups, or through technical blog posts or papers (would be a plus) A visionary with a deep understanding of the trends and technologies shaping the software industry Proven experience in product development and management Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or a related field Level of English: AdvancedWe offer:
