eCommerce Content Manager

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .NET, Angular, React, iOS, Android, Ruby, PHP and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

We are looking for a Junior strong/Middle eCommerce Content Manager/Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in content management (at least)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple systems
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow documented processes
• Strong judgment on when to escalate issues
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Unilog PIM / CX1 experience (would be a plus)
• Epicor Prophet 21 experience (would be a plus)
• Industrial distribution experience (would be a plus)
• B2B eCommerce familiarity (would be a plus)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities

• Add and enrich product items in Unilog PIM
• Source and validate product data from Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), supplier websites, and internal systems
• Research technical specifications and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Submit and manage product enrichment updates
• Utilize Excel, Unilog CX1, and AI tools to support efficiency and quality
• Respond to item setup requests from business teams and customers
• Maintain customer-specific catalogs within P21 and the eStore
• Perform account updates including sales rep assignments, ship-to locations, and user profile changes
• Support registration maintenance between systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot eStore issues as they arise
• Escalate technical issues appropriately
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and future automation
